A useful training aid, however in production areas where sound is not available due to constraints with equipment it was less impactful using subtitles.

I found the course to be excellent. The information supplied was all relevant, easy to understand and given in a concise manner. I think the presenter delivered the material well and I like the format where the course is given in a series of small video clips, with the option of re-running any, rather than a single full length video.
