good precise presentation
the course was very instructive ,our monitors in work have no audio so I was working of the transcript which i am glad to say contained all the information i needed to complete and pass the course ,well done for covering all bases
Glad to understand the instructions
Realise this is meant to deal with hazardous and possibly dangerous contents. Would like to have received instructions on minor spills, eg dog urine, water on floors which could cause accidents to both workers and the general public.
