Thorough & valuable.
Subject matter could seem quite daunting, and indeed there is a lot to take in. However, the material was presented in a clear & thorough fashion, and fostered the required culture of awareness.

The course was very good in cultivating against 'bad habits'. It seems from the age of 4 we can all be capable of such, and the course represents a valuable humbling exercise.
