Promotes mindful thinking

Good to look at your own mental health and the things that contribute to it, also good to look at coping strategies and physical symptoms that we forget in our fast moving life.

good and to the point

All staff need to do this, so many don't understand the mechanism of stress and are so quick to blame others for their reactions

Very interesting and motivating

This course has really helped me realise it is OK to just stop and step away for a few minutes. To be able to pause and clear your head is OK, rather than push on through stress. Thank you.
