Simple useful advice and techniques
I thought the course made good use of the time available to hammer home the important points. While pointing in the right direction for further learning.
Interesting but feels outdates
A useful training system, but feel it doesn't help address new working practices – working from home – and the type of distractions that arise from that.

Informative on how better to manage time
There were some good examples of how to effectively manage time and what can affect or lose us time in the day. Being more aware of this will help to make more effecient use of the time to do tasks needed for the job in hand.
