A well presented and informative course in a simple to understand bite size format. It was delivered at a level that is instructional without being condescending or patronising.

Another effective course
Again I found the material clearly and concisely presented and was impressed with the short, sharp video clips. However, once again there is a degree of overlap with the Health and Safety course.
