Short and succinct and very clear.
The presenter was very good. She spoke very clearly and was engaging. The use of a quick quiz for some bits breaks up the training nicely and makes it more interesting.
I thought that this was very good.
It covered all the right things, we as an organisation care, explains a structured way on how to deal with situations, doesnt encourage people to go to the press etc. Excellent, and the right length with a very good presenter
