Consice but informative coarse which would be of value to both new staff and more experienced.
The coarse though short covers a lot of information that would be of value to new starters as well as experienced staff.

Very well thought out program
A well-structured training program that taught the user in a human way instead of poring facts/opinions into an fullest bottle. The talkers were a little PC but overall very well understood and presented.
