Clear and Concise
The course was short but informative and I found it very straightforward and clear to use.
A very good and clear course.
Very well presented with images to assist the points that you were trying to make. It's also good to have questions as you progress through the course. This helped as you went through each section. Can't fault the course in anyway really. It did exactly what it set out to do. Thanks

A well presented course
I took up working at Heights course as part of my employment in an educational institution and found it useful. It is a well designed and presented course which covered the key points of risks and legal responsibilities of employer and employees and the commitments involved while at work. The graphics slides along with the points worked well and the terms used were easily understandable. I work in a setting where it is not really associated with my position at present in a materially significant manner it did cover a few points which could be useful for my position and those takeouts were very informative. The multiple choice test at the end really brushed up what I learnt and I am happy to have gotten a certificate for completing my course. Highly recommend! Thank you!
Utterly pointless
These training videos should be more user oriented. When does working at heights ever become useful to a flooring contractor?
