Could incorporate safe use of harnesses.
More about the safe use of harnesses (not having it too loose, no twisted straps etc.) Explain that if you fall and are suspended in a harness how important it is to rescue the person within 10 to 20 minutes and the danger of suspension trauma (never put the person in the recovery position – have them sat up with the knees bent -always send the person that has fallen to hospital).
