this was a working at height awareness course not training as we have not been shown how to put a harness on or scaffolding

The course is clear and concise.
I liked the fact you could watch the videos and also read the transcript. Also at the end of the course if needed you could go back and look over anything that you weren't sure of before taking the end of course test.
