Important, useful, vital
This course was vital and useful and something everybody has to know because coming from someone who isn't very comfortable with heights I really had to concentrate and it really refreshed my memory. Nothing wrong with this course.
This session was very informative
The session on working at height training was very informative and explained all the safety rules and aspects to keep me and others safe whilst working there.

your animation and diagrams etc in the videos where a useful way of learning, making it almost enjoyable
Informative and concise
I was quite impressed by the ability of the delegate to return to any parts of the course they had not picked up whilst still completing the test, which meant that they could improve their understanding and consequently their course result, instead of merely getting questions wrong and remaining ignorant of the facts even should they pass the test.

The training is very useful
The training course is very useful and provide systematic knowledge to the working at height, beforehand even i had some working at height experience, but after the training I still learn a lot from the course, including the regulation requirements, risks analysis and different working at height types, I believe this will benifit my career life, in the comming of my project experience, I will pay more attention to the working at height activities, make sure all the site working at height activities meets not only regulation requirements but also the company requirements, to make sure all the working at height activities safe and sound.
