Straight forward
Easy to follow and understand. Although there is a lot of sections they are short and I didn’t get bored or distracted

Straightforward , easily absorbed
Format is easy to access and information is given in easily absorbed "chunks" to be absorbed at your pace. The experience of completing this course this way , ie. on-line, is much more enjoyable than attending a venue both in time and expense. Will highly recommend and use for future needs where possible.
Good presentation
Good Introduction to most areas of working at height
Poor translation
When using other language then English, translation is very poor to understand the questions. That was why I didn’t pass in the first time and had to repeat the test in English.
