The Fraud Act identifies fraud as one offence that can be committed in three separate ways – these are explained in this section of the course.
Section 6
It may be difficult to believe, but the unethical practice of modern slavery is still happening today. This section explores how we can move to eradicate it.
Section 7
This section explains what whistleblowing is, when it should be done, and the laws surrounding whistleblowing and why it should be encouraged in workplaces.
Section 8
All businesses are legally required to manage waste responsibly. This section of the course informs the user of their obligations.
