Unexpected downtime on our LMS platform – now resolved

At approximately 1.55pm today we became aware of some unexpected performance issues with our application which are still persisting – users may see a ‘502 Bad Gateway error’ message. Our development team are investigating this issue, and we will update as soon as this is fixed.
As a result access to your LMS may be temporarily disabled.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this will be causing.
Update (2.40pm) – this issue has now been resolved.
