I think the only negative I can say is on the certificate its self it states the percentage gained. From a managerial perspective it is good for us to know if staff have just made it but on the certificate I feel it should just be "passed" I feel this could cause some staff to feel a bit embarrassed if they find exams/tests difficult and it may discourage further training
it was an eye opener.
