Useful information with a lot of padding
This is chopped pop into really short sections – barely paragraphs of spoken word. There doesn't seem to be much logic to this and quite a few bits could be concatenated. Not sure that the quiz is particularly useful for this one, especially the question on background stats.

Good refresher
A good refresher from the IOSH course where Accident reporting training was given. Good points to note were the 'near' misses and reporting those.

It is good to be reminded of the legal requirements and rules for procedure
