Easy to follow with decent levels of information. Just right to allow someone with no understanding, to give the level of knowledge needed for accident reporting and basic level of investigation and document completion.

The course covered the basics of accident reporting well… I think there should be more internal discussion within each dept as regards to where to access report forms and who to inform and send the form to. I would like to also mention that the link sent via email to do this course seemed to expire far too soon before you had chance to get on it… On one occasion, it had expired within half a day, so another staff member wasn't able to get access within the same day I did, using the same link I used that morning…. by afternoon had expired.
