One ambiguous question in test
The course was very clear but one of the questions (should accident reports be made available to all employees) is ambiguous. They should not be made available to all employees because other employees should not be able to see the person who had the accident's personal details. The reports should be made available to involved employees on request.

In accident reporting session i can learn many things like how to report incidents and also about Riddor, data protection, legal requirement and emergency calls and escalation policy and procedure which is very useful in the working places as a care assistant.
