good, concise and easy to follow
The course was good and informative and easy to follow. The slides were good which made a difference rather than sitting down for ages through a 1/2 day course.

I really enjoyed the training.
At first when you see you have 21 slides to process it feels a bit daunting as you have so many other priorities, but the training is quick is complete, very clear and I really enjoyed it. The test at the end is a good idea

The lack of diversity and the use of stereoptyped characters was disappointing
Some parts irrelevant
The course gave some good information about why the reporting of incidents and near misses is important to the company, but too much time was spent on generic information about the completion of an incident report and passing it on to a responsible person. It should have been tailored to our system and how to report a UNOR, etc.
