Accident Reporting Training Reviews

The training material spoke of a responsible person who dealt with H&S matters. In other H&S training I have completed previously, the emphasis was that we are all responsible for H&S matters and not just any one individual. This training could have carried on that message and highlighted the specialist role. There was also a question about what accidents needed to be reported. "Do all organisations HAVE TO report every accident that happens, even when they are relatively minor?" I found the correct answer to be confusing as it ended with "but in general, it's up to your organisation." From the training material presented it was my understanding that there were clear guidelines as to what should be reported to RIDDOR.
