I have learnt that reporting accidents helps to prevent future accidents at work. I have also learnt that all accidents must be recorded which can be done on a form, accident book or done electronically which must be passed onto the relevant member of staff as personal data is noted down on the accident records.

Overall a satisfactory course.
The course includes confirmation questions. I think the near miss and dangerous occurrence comparison needs to be clearer. The session is short and concise which I consider to be good.
