A good informative course taking you through the necessary steps to accident reporting and recording, including near misses and RIDDOR reporting.

Training was easy to follow. I liked the video format. However, it did not show that I had completed the course, although I got a certificate, so I redid it which was a bit of a waste of time.

Interesting Course
The course was interesting and the course material was very easy to follow and understand. Plenty opportunity to go over the course material again if required before sitting the test.
