time consuming and excessive information
The information is presented reasonably clearly but it manages to drag out instructions about 'how to fill in a form' to take up a huge amount of time. I am not working in HR so do not need to know anything other than when to report an accident and the required timeframe. A huge amount of pointless extra information is provided. Surely the form should explain what information is needed so the majority of this video is pointless. Even the summaries at the end of each section could be more concise. Not a good use of time.

clear and easy to understand , good clear bullet points .
The course was very easy and pleasant to take. No use of Jargon , precise information that was never over elaborated on . Well presented . The course moved at a good pace.
