easy, clear, concise
This was better than the training dvd we had. Things are easily laid out, with easy access to see how long the course should taken, broken down into easy minuted sections.

very clear
A clear course with a voice that was engaging and encouraging interaction.
I have been enriched with this course.
The presenter was a bit fast, there was so many passages, where I have to go back and listen to the sente- nce for more than once, to understand what was being said. Like somewhere he was talking about connection, I went back more than 4 times before understanding that he was talking about connection. fortunately, the last part of each slab, "summary" is the written part of the course. That is something positive and it made things easier. We are grateful for that.

Would have liked to know who owns the various components in ITS. Should have been part of the course or provided as part of the course.
