good clear speaker and easy to follow, was distracted being in the office so missed a couple questions but all complete. Didnt realise had completed as asked me several times to complete sections but were all ticked and complete
Easy to use helpful as to this can be completed when on site working
The system gives us the chance to complete each section only problem I had was that you need to have a good Internet connection as easy to make mistakes.
