Interesting, easy to understand.

Really good to hear and understand what active listening means and how to act. My job as a Telephonist is a listening and communication job and it is always good to get further information so I know I am doing my job correctly.

Particularly like the supplementary sheet for additional learning around ways to improve concentration and dealing with ADHD
