Very basic course
This course is well presented and non-threatening, easily digestible but not necessarily challenging. This course maybe improved by tailoring it to specific groups i.e. young people undertaking work experience placements – experienced individuals with high levels of communication skills.

A great exercise which all made sense, i have a habit of interruping rather than listening fully to the conversation so lesson learnt from this today not to interrupt 🙂
