This course is very worth doing
I've done a lot of courses and most offer a lot and deliver not much. This course was short and punchy with a lot of info. It stimulated thoughts and ideas for my deveopment.
Very informative and easy to understand
Very good course. I am currently studying level 5 CIPD and we have touched on some of the areas outlined in this course. Very informative and easy to understand course.
Very useful beginner course
As someone with very little leadership experience, I found this very useful as an introductory lesson in leadership styles and how to lead a team.

An informative introduction to management and management styles , especially for new managers . However also a good refresher for existing managers without being condescending .
