Engaging and relevant
I really enjoyed working through this module. Lots of useful advice and information on leading a team, no matter what your current status in an organisation. Useful extra resources help to confirm the topics discussed. Overall a well presented and informative course which would ideally suit first line managers/team leaders

Well researched and presented
I thought the material was well researched and presented. I think there are some political biases which deter from the topic, around diversity of backgrounds, I've not seen that work well yet, it is more political than measurable. Also some contradictory points about 'punishment' and 'being kind', in my opinion I am not sure how they are compatible unless we justify punishment of employees as kindness. I feel educated from the video. Thanks!

A basic intro to leadership…
This course, is a very basic introduction to leadership with too few questions to challenge/pass. If you are looking for what it takes to influence behaviour of others – this will give you that top line level of understanding. What this course needs to do is flesh out the other fundamental principles of leadership such as communication, agility and so on in order for it to be more valuable as a training asset.
