User friendly
Very clear and concise course and the graphics are very good.
Simple and straight forward
Having to answer questions in between videos makes it more interactive during the training session. Video and having the key points summaries was very helpful by emphasising and highlighting them with bullet points. Easier to remember with all the visual graphics.
