clear facts and easy to understand
the assessment examples could have been clearer, it was hard to follow the indistinct cartoon characters and then remember who was who for the question – a small dialogue transcript for the specific question would have helped or floating labels above the cartoon characters, or making them wear different colours, or being an actual role play with real people.
