Training seemed easier that previous courses I’ve taken and less tedious. Very well put together.

This training module gives very clear information of all the key points that need to be easily understood by everyone .

Delivery of the course is really clear and well presented. Audio courses are always better received than those with no audio.

information given was good. the way the test is done is poor… if you get one wrong i think you should be able to go right back to the start straight away and start again other than wasting time answering the same questions over again knowing that you have already failed by not reaching 100%
