Clear terms and easy to understand
After this training I was able to understand how to assess if a person has mental capacity or not. I now understand things to do to support someone without mental capacity to there best interest.

Fantastic training
This training is very fantastic and gives a very detailed and understandable information which is highly needed on the field of work especially to me a support worker. The training explain things very well and it shows she really has a great knowledge about what she is teaching. I’ll recommend
