Comprehensive but much too intense to take in well
This course presents all the information well, but the speed of delivery, the fact that it is one person speak the whole time and the density of the information makes it very very hard to digest. I am a very highly educated person who has worked in care for many years and I found it hard to concentrate on. If I was delivering this face-to-face I would estimate at least 3 hours to get people thinking about all these issues. It is also one of the most challenging areas of training (in a previous role as part of a training delivery team we found that this was the area consistently poorly understood by inductees) it would be better if the home screen was not presented in alphabetical order with this first but in suggested learning order from basic to more complex courses.

The only development point I have is that the video and audio are out of sync which made it a bit difficult to follow.
