i found the mental capacity training very easy to complete.
The course was hard but manageble.
The course ensures you learn what you get wrong through repetition until you get it right. Then you don't forget. you can be confident as you at least learn from memory, which you can draw on if necessary.

The training broke things down into bitesize chunks very well and made the information easy to follow. I like the questions being added into the training before the test and more of these would be good.
good basic knowledge
This is an excellent course for new members of staff or for staff refreshing their training. I feel that a more in depth course is required for managers
OK for new staff
The content was inromative and gave the basic information tha would be suitable for new team members and a refresher course for care staff. However for managers I feel that more indepth training would be benfical, especially arounding more challenging decisions and empowering people to make thier own decisions.

I enjoyed the training, I did find that the quiz at the end was not too clear. The questions felt badly worded.
