I've seen many of these videos over the years, however this specific course content, communication style and pace of the presentation is the best to date. The presenters approach/technique is engaging and the short storylines represent recognisable situations so are therefore realistic and believable.

Delivered in a way to help absorb required information.

During the test, we should be able to select an answer and then click an ok button to confirm our answer before telling us whether it is correct or not. This is in case someone selects a wrong answer by accident.

Good use of examples and a clear and concise eLearning module which explained different procedures and policies well.

This is a good refresher, and to know the differences of harassment and bullying – sometimes these can get confused.
