Very relevant to the point.
The course highlights the need to revisit the way we all go about our daily working lives interacting with others
Clear delivery of important information
Informative and very important course, good to have annual refresher to assist with the understanding of difference between bullying and harassment.

improved from prior version
A focus on the legal bounds & terminology was helpful. It seemed much better than previously. The presumption of the presence of workplace bullying leaned a bit too close towards anticipating its prevalence or likelihood, unless keenly following the recommendations given. Some or many of the recommended practices may be basic to my own workplace managerial practice although not flagged up {ta-dah best practice} as the training would seemingly want one to do. I could hesitate to act on the recommendations that are not already embedded in our shared workplace practice, lest such an emphasis on the peril of bullying might give rise to the experiential sense, an oblique implication, within the workplace, that I might have thought my lovely colleagues were instead somewhat inclined towards bullying rather than instead appreciative of how much I find each of them dedicated to work while present, productive at work when here & supportive of one another.
Very good
Well presented and engaging. The concise sections were easy to follow and digest. Would recommend as tackles this subject sensibly and sensitively.
