A short and concise course which has been very helpful.

It is a very good over view of the issues and does make you think about certain people in the organisation and how they interact and/or are treated so I believe this training will bring about positive change within our organisation. However, what I did note from the training and the questions afterwards it very much makes it clear that calling someone 'fat' is not serious and although I have no personal issue with this I know there are people in my organisation that are male, female, Christian, Islamic etc that would be much more hurt by comments on their weight than other protected characteristics. I think using an example that brings distress to a smaller number of people or non-one maybe more appropriate.
