I have done similar training previously, this training was a good refresher and highlighted the importance removing and dealing with any bullying and harassment incidences as soon as they occur.

A dull tick box course.
Look. The relevant info is there and thank you but I am not a fan of e training and never will be. I didnt get into social care so I could be on my own at home doing a course on a laptop. I am sure it must be cost effective so my organisation will no doubt continue offering training in this way. I personally miss classrooms and find training offered in this way quite impersonal and soul destroying. Again if I need to reference/highlight information then I have to go through the course again. Surely once it is recorded that someone successfully completed the course then we should be allowed to dip into it rather like we would a book?
