The Content was great. Clear direct and striaght to the point. Excellent content

The course presented a clear explanation of the issues involved and how we should all deal with what can be a very divisive and destructive situation in the workplace and beyond. The key definitions of the terms were clearly explained and the links between bullying and harassment, which is unlawful, highlighted.
