Easy to follow with good examples
A very well presented training session
This session struck home as my former company was badly affected by bullying. I recognised many of the characteristics and the poor affect on morale and wellbeing. A good training session that should encourage everyone to respect each other and work together as a team.

Frustratingly slow impacts engagement
Although I fully appreciate why you do not offer the ability to skip chunks, not being able to speed up the videos made it difficult to get through. Most people can retain the information provided when watched at 2x speed. Due to the incredibly slow delivery speed, I had to dip in and out of the training due to other commitments. A quicker pace (without losing any of the necessary information) would mean I could remain engaged fully throughout the training. Even providing it in written form as an option would be preferable.
