It offered simple, easy to understand, language, and was interesting. It didn't drone on like some training sites do and it kept my attention.

Easy to listen and learn. Visuals are excellent and keep the learner engaged throughout the course. All the messages are very clear and effective.

A good overview
I think the content is good but as I am forced to watch the video, whereas I learn by reading the transcript, I am forced to take longer than necessary with the content. Consider adding a timer related to average reading speed rather than using the length of the video.
