Pretty good but…

Would have been good to include situations and examples where the bullying is far more insidious than the examples shared in the course e.g. it is very easy to reduce productivity of a team member by simply excluding them from the information or platform they need. This can happen when the supervisor is unsupervised, and/or there is no skip level redressal procedures in place. Please expand the examples to include a wider set of 'quiet bullying' situations.

Sadly the most important part in the end of one of the sections is not part of the voice over 'It doesn't matter why the bully is treating you poorly, it is still bullying'.
