Good tips for communication skills

I noticed in the communications skills training that one of the aids used was to write a note in a bottle and throw it into the sea, not a very good start for the Environmental Awareness training!

Good. Easy to understand.
As above – the content was good and the presentation was good. Everything was simply explained and easy to follow. The choice of language used was good and the introduction of examples such as the superhero was good. No issues.

I liked the easy way the different type of communication was explained and the simple exercises given to enable you to practice the skill.
