I didn't find this course very engaging, and being in a loud office made it difficult to concentrate on the video's because they weren't particularly engaging.

A short and concise overview of effective communication.
Accessible, concise, effective
Video/audio-visual format highly accessible and engaging (as opposed to lengthy blocks of text). Questions are also spaced well throughout the training and are directly related to the segment you have just learned (more accessible than having a bulk of questions at the end). One star removed purely because you cannot alter the speed of the video – as different people may learn better at different speeds.
Very informative
Very good in breaking down the different types of communication. The 3 main barriers to effective communication: Personal, Social and environmental. Great explanation in how to overcome these barriers. Great training
