The one most important factor in Sales

The breakdown and summary of this section of the training course is perfect

Disappointing

As a psychology graduate working to support people with cognitive, language and communication difficulties, I was very disappointed with this course and felt that some of the information and 'facts' were quite problematic. I have a big issue with the course's prime definition of "communication", the implication that a person hasn't communicated until someone else has received (heard/seen/understood…) it, and the emphasis on the need for the person trying to communicate to be more effective… this completely misses the point that we all need to try to actively receive what other people are trying to communicate with us, and totally ignores the challenges experienced by people who are not neurotypical, are non-verbal, use sign language etc. For example – I have worked with people who were locked into their bodies and couldn't speak but could communicate very eloquently and effectively using eye-activated digital tools

It's a good starting point.

This course is a good starting point to then expanding the training further.
