This gave a good starting point and provided some useful techniques for helping people to communicate more effectively even when the conversation might be difficult.

The communication skills session was very useful and there were some really useful tools highlighted that will ensure my skills are enhanced going forward. it is very easy to assume that everyone can communicate in the same way. The course has made me think differently going forward and to understand more deeply the people i will be communicating with in my business and private life
engaging, concise and clear
This course was very engaging, clear and concise giving a good refresher on communication skills. Particularly like the section on confidence and the techniques suggested eg. the Superman pose, it's definitely something I will try when I am nervous about communicating a message!
