Individual risk not covered
I felt the course did not adequately cover the risk to individuals, often at quite junior levels, around casual conversations with competitors. The course content comes across as primarily aimed at organisations and senior people. I'm also not sure that the answer I gave to the one question I got wrong is actually wrong!

Good Could be better….
Another course from iHasco that has top class audio, but when the tests happens it has no voice over or audio files. For someone who has dyslexia this is very frustrating and can be a barrier to finishing the course.
Less engaging than previously
Using only a stock image and narration, the course is less engaging than in its previous incarnation that used a presenter talking to camera, and as a result it is easier to get distracted while listening.
