a long time with no visual stimulus
Having the training be just audio didn't force me to completely focus on the session, i had other app windows open etc. This may not be beneficial for all.

Informative course
The course was informative particularly given it was a subject I knew very little about. Having the option to read the text along with listening to the speaker was particularly beneficial for myself, I found that the speaker spoke and went through the content reasonably fast so being able to re-read and fully absorb the content was a real bonus. It suited my way of learning.
